Zoti's team books qualified appointments straight onto your calendar. Connect the calendar where those meetings should go.
What Zoti looks at
The names of your calendars, and when you're free or busy, so we never book over anything. Not the titles, attendees or contents of your events.
What Zoti does
Add, move and cancel only the meetings our team books for you, with a Google Meet or Teams link.
What Zoti never does
Read your email, or change or delete events you made yourself. You can disconnect at any time.
1. Your calendars
Calendars Zoti can book onto. Meetings go on your main calendar.
2. Your availability
Open 30-minute times in the next week, 9am to 5pm your time, worked out from your free/busy times. Busy times are hidden.
3. Book a test meeting
Pick a time above. Zoti checks it's still free, then adds a test meeting to your calendar.
